Luang Prabang To Hanoi By Train (Not)

Category: Tourism, Posted:23 Apr 2014 | 06:00 am

Thailand's Khiri Travel continue to mount an offensive against cookie cutter travel. They ran the following April 1st press release which turned out to be a hoax.
Recently they have announced the addition of a luxury train carriage to be added on the Luang Prabang to Hanoi route.
Capacity is six sleepers and a lounge for food and beverage.
The train operates both ways, twice a week and even offers over-sized windows to view the spectacular scenery.
In case you are wondering there is no train service between Luang Prabang and Hanoi.
