Malaiwana's New Multi Million Dollar Residences

Luxury estate Malaiwana is bringing their third and final phase to the market with the new luxury Residences.
The new phase consists of 8 duplexes and four penthouse units, with pricing ranging from THB72 million up to THB106 million (USD2.3 million to USD3.4 million).
Sizing ranges from a built up area of 600 square meters to 735 square meters for the premium units.
I spoke to developer Stephen Paine who confirmed that six of the twelve Residences were privately reserved pre-launch by existing clients.
Construction will start in May and take two years to complete with the entire project being developed in one go.
The Malaiwana UP beach area at the end of Nai Thon is open again this year but the beach club is only being used for private events.
