Malaysian Group Opens Kata Luxury Private Villa Resort

Kata Noi has a new upscale resort with the opening of the Impiana Private Villas overlooking Phuket's west coast.
The boutique offering has 11 keys, with 4 private villas and 7 spacious suites.
Operations are under Villa Manager Jeanette Kelly.
In Phuket the Malaysian hospitality group also operates the Impiana Resort in Patong and another branded property in Koh Samui, along with three in nearby Malaysia.
A recent interview in the Business Times quoted the project cost at THB 250 million and that expectatons were for an average room rate for the villas of THB 17,000.
