Maldives Resort For Sale

As Thai hotel owners continue to cry over low room rates, one resort market in Asia continues to garner envy the world over – Maldives.
There are already a number of hotel operators and owners from Thailand in the market including Minor/Anantara, Centara, Onyx and recently Outrigger bought over an incomplete project to brand up.
Brokerage house JL has now brought the Reethi Beach Resort to the transaction market.
With 30 over-water villas and 90 beachfront villas the leasehold property has a tenure until 2020.
There is an opportunity to renew the lease and ensure operating continuity.
