With a $5 billion price tag the project features a massive hotel, theme park and tourism attractions.
While gaming is not allowed in the Special Economic Zone the project is located near to Macau via tunnel under the water. So that idea is to bring more family friendly entertainment as an option to Asia's Sin City.
Within a few years both train and a bridge will increase transportation capacity.
While the Pearl River Delta is undergoing a fast tracked transformation, the major side effect of change is poor air quality and pollution as a result of the industrial surge in the area.
