Minor And Per AQUUM Join Forces

Bill Heinecke's Minor Hotel Group is continuing to expand their footprint at a fast pace.
In the latest news they have acquired a 50% stake in the boutique resort operator Per AQUUM.
Minor has invested USD4 million into the venture which currently operates three properties.
In the Maldives there is Huvafen Fushi and Niyama and Desert Palm in Dubai.
Minor and the existing shareholder Universal Holdings are set to develop 5 new properties together over the coming five years.
Currently Minor and its affiliates operate 91 properties in twelve countries.
