Minor's Avani Flagship Targeting MICE Segment
Thailand's Minor Hotel Group has made public it's strategy for their Avani Bangkok Riverside Hotel which is planned to open in the forth quarter of this year.
The 249-key property carries an investment of THB2.2 billon and includes a highly focused convention and conference theme.
Cluster General Manger Nikolaus Priesnitz will head the hotel and also overseas the Anantara Riverside.
With over 4,500 square meters in space in twelve venues, capacity is close to 1,500 persons.
One of the facility innovations is a dedicated show-kitchen.
Certainly with new properties such as Four-Seasons coming up along the river, hoteliers are buzzing over a possible realignment of trade.
That said transportation infrastructure remains a key commercial issue at present so the present development frenzy continues to be forward looking.
