Myanmar continues to be the darling of the emerging market storyline this year.
Punctuating the casting call is a prolific rise of international flight to the country.
Recent announced additions have been headlined by Singapore Airlines who will post daily flights from the Lion City to Yangon in October. Perhaps more telling is that the airline will shift some of the current airlift from affiliate SilkAir to the parent carrier. Both SIA and Silk Air will have flights.
Other airlines jumping on the bandwagon is EVA, ANA, Korean Air and Qatar. Reportedly Cathay Pacific is eyeing the market as well.
