Nai Thon Beach Getting New Condo

Category: Real estate, Posted:05 Apr 2013 | 08:12 am

The once quiet beach area of Nai Thon is increasingly becoming a development target.
Thai property developer Phanason has launched a 300 unit, six building condominium complex called The Naithon.
Initial pricing points started at THB1.9 million but have been increased to THB2.3 million as of the beginning of April.
Construction is underway and expected to take two years to complete.
Nai Thon's once empty beachfront is now congested with sun loungers and tourists are now being pushed onto walking on the road, which is increasingly a traffic hazard.
Again the island's private sector development is sprinting ahead of public sector, and infrastructure to accommodate surging traffic is woefully inadequate.
