New Business District Planned For Manila

First came Makati, than Fort Bonafacio which remains a work in progress.
Now the Philippines highest profile developer Ayala Land have announced plans for a third business district.
The acquisition by the group for the former Food Terminal Industry Estate which is located south of the metropolis was recently won on a bid basis for nearly USD580 million.
Ayala has made public plans for upscale commercial, residential, hotels and retail in the master planned development.
