NEW CHAIN Aleenta Management Expands To Cambodia

The hotel management arm of Thailand's Aleenta, Akaryn Hospitality Management Services have announced a luxury 28 villa resort development in Sihanoukville in Cambodia.
Leading Thai architect Amata of Department of Architecture who's innovative work at Sala Phuket, Zeavola and Sila Evason Hidaway in Samui have earned him many fans, has been appointed as designer. Ground breaking will commence within this year and completion has been set for 2012.
Akaryn under the leadership of Anchalika Kijkanakorn is partnering with European property investment firm RPB on the venture. Cambodia continues to see a high degree of interest in its developing tourism and real estate market
