New Energy Code Hits Hotels And Condos

National governing body the Ministry of Energy has imposed restrictions over new buildings with areas in excess of 2,000 square meters.
With standards set by the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency condos, hotels and shopping center's amongst the prime targets.
At the core of the new guidelines are energy-saving initiatives which will be administrated by local Municipal authorities.
