New Mixed Use Bypass Project Coming

After the success of the Boat Avenue project near Laguna Phuket developer Boon Yongsakul is about to launch a new project on the Bypass area.
A mixed use hotel commercial and residential development is being planned called Bypass Biz Town.
Located next to the Underwood Art Factory the hotel will be a 120 room boutique property.
Shops, offices and commerical space will be clustered in a central area.
With a total of 30 rai, 16 will be developed in the first phase and will include townhouses and detached homes.
