New So And Sofitel For Bangkok

Category: Hotels, Posted:17 Mar 2012 | 06:00 am

ACCOR's upscale Sofitel brand is expanding on the Bangkok horizon as the trendy new Sofitel So has opened overlooking Lumpini Park.
All rooms have free Wi-Fi, and Apple Mac Mini, with interiors included inspiration from renowned French designer Christian Lacroix.
A special 80 dollars for 80 days provides early guests with a per day credit to be used in the hotel outlets.
Next month is the long awaited opening of the often delayed Sofitel Sukhumvit which is located in a prime position in Bangkok's key business district.
As for the current Sofitel Silom which was sold to a Hong Kong private equity firm, this is being renovated and will be relaunched under a special franchise deal under ACCOR's Pullman flag.
Phuket does have a Pullman on the way in Nai Thon but look to have to wait for a So or Sofitel for the moment.
