BREAKING Dewa Phuket Partnering With US Chain LaTour

US based LaTour Hotels and Resorts and Dewa Phuket have reached a management agreement for the Nai Yang resort. Developer and well respected industry veteran Lars Ydmark will also be representing the operator in Asia for new business opportunities. In Thailand LaTour currently manage the IndoChine Resort & Villas in Kalim.
Founder and namesake Tom LaTour is known for his tenure as President of the iconic US chain Kimpton. Another key asset is John Small who has worked with global players including Shangri-La, RCI, Sun City and Royal Viking.
Speaking to John Small in Phuket yesterday and his team, he commented they are looking at expanding their Asian hotel pipeline and look forward to make more announcements shortly on signings.
