NEWS ALERT Surin's Manathai Resort Transacts To Thai Group

Thailand's HotelCorp Ltd, has acquired ownership of the 52 room boutique Manathai Resort in Surin. The property is currently upgrading its beach club which is located near to the successful Twinpalms Catch.
Part of the deal includes management of the 29 key Manathai Village hotel in Chiang Mai which is being expanded to 60 room and an upcoming Manathai Villas project on Thailand's Eastern seaboard Pattaya.
In addition HotelCorp has acquired the Manathai brand and intends to use this as a growth model for its branded boutique segment.
HotelCorp currently manages the Bel Air Resort in Panwa, Ramanda Resort in Khao Lak, Bangkok's Sacha's Hotel Uno and Hotel Solo along with new properties in Malaysia and Vietnam.
