Asia's leading hotel investment conference HICAP is set to roll out next week in Hong Kong from October 12th to 14th.
Bill Barnett of C9 Hotelworks and thephuketinsider.com will be moderating a session on next Friday on Budget Hotels.
Titled "The Budget Sector Has Arrived", panelists include the head of Accor Asia's development team (ibis), Red Planet Hotels who are developing Tunehotels.com in Thailand, Indonesia's emerging Pop! Brand and China's Super 8 chain.
HICAP continues to be the region's most important annual event.
