Outrigger Hotels and Resorts has appointed Michael Mangan as Director of Planning and Support, Asia-Pacific.
Mangan who is an Australian, was formerly an Executive Chef at the Marriott In Kuala Lumpur.
With over 34 years of experience, he has worked with chains such as Regent and Parkroyal.
Outrigger is intent of bringing food and beverage operations to a strong brand focus, and the inclusion of Mangan in step forward in this strategy.
