Patong Hotel Sold To Singapore Group

The 213-room Surf Hotel Patong has transacted to a Singapore-based owner operator.

Recently completed, the property was sold by JLL on a BOI (100% foreign ownership) basis.

KW Development was the seller, and are best known for The Nap Patong and The Beach Heights Kata Resort.

This is the second notable island hotel transaction recently, with the Hyatt Place Patong being sold on a direct basis by the Boutique Group.
