Pattaya Beats Out Phuket With Free Wi-Fi

Let the battle of Thailand's resort destinations begin.
This in from the Bangkok Post that Pattaya will offer 100% free Wi-Fi coverage by 2015.
The city is working with True Internet on a THB100 million baht project which will see 80% coverage with the initial year of operation.
True is covering 90% of the cost for the project and is expected to come to other popular cities soon.
Hopefully this includes Phuket, but for now Pattaya has won this round of the tourism wars.
