Pattaya Condo Sells To Investor

Real estate developer Kingdom Property has sold a bulk package of 87 condo units to a Hong Kong investor.
The units are at the Southpoint Pattaya project and the buyer is Hong Kong's Purple Link Investment.
Total project sales have now exceeded the 60% threshold and Kingdom has said majority purchasers top date are Thai.
One entire block of 224 units has been sold to a Thai company who will operate the entity as a serviced residence.
