Pattaya's Nova Group Eyes Phuket Hotel Market

One of Pattaya's leading property and hospitality players the Nova Group are eyeing expansion of their hotel assets to Phuket according to statements made by CEO Ron Fineman.
Starting with the acquisition of the Amari Nipa Lodge in 1994 which became the Nova Lodge Hotel and then branching into serviced apartments and finally the condominium market the company has developed a series of successful residential properties.
Currently the group operates three hotels in Pattaya, owns the Amari Nova Suites and has 3 hotels under development under Centara hotels. Two of these are Pattaya and one in Bangkok which will operate under the Centra brand. In addition in early stages are a Holiday Inn Express and Centra Suites project for Pattaya as well.
Aside from the stated ambition of a move into Phuket, Samui and Hua Hin are on the radar of new opportunities.
