Phuket First Stop For Wyndham Asia

Wyndham Vacation Club Worldwide has signed a deal to manage the Sea Pearl Villas in Patong Phuket.
The property will be branded to Wyndham in June of this year and is the first property in Asia for the timeshare entity.
Internationally the group operates nearly two hundred properties, mainly in North America, and Australia.
Sea Pearl Villas (not to be confused with the former Absolute World Group property) is 213-units and will operate as a Wyndham Hotel.
In the region the timeshare operation has been designated as Club Wyndham Asia.
Wyndham are like Marriott and Anantara in spinning off designated vacation ownership business units.
