Phuket Tops Hotel Investment Survey

According to Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels most recent Investor Sentiment Survey, Phuket is the most sought after location in Asia Pacific for hospitality asset acquisition.
Asia's other leading resort destination Bali is showing strong development demand and ranks top is sentiment for those wanting to build new properties.
For existing assets Phuket is followed by Ho Chi Minh City, Auckland, Osaka and Tokyo.
While for green field development Bali has New Delhi and Mumbai chasing its tail.
