Phuket Upscale Project Offers Low Entry Point

Naithon Beach upscale villa estate Vista del Mar has launched a strategic low cost move-in promotion for their properties.
Purchasers can pay THB12 million and finance the remaining portion over a 3-5 year term.
The offer is only available3 til the middle of February.
I spoke to the project's developer who said the scheme had been effective in generating sales to date.
