Phuket’s Underwood Team Up On El Nido Philippines Resort

Design and fabrication group Underwood Phuket is on board to design a new Pavilion’s affiliated resort in El Nido, Philippines.

Led by John Underwood, whose work is featured in many projects by Bill Bensley, the treehouse pre-fabricated product gained notoriety back of the successful Treehouse Villas in Koh Yao Noi.

For El Nido, Pavilion’s will associate the resort under their Explorar brand. The property will feature 65 private pool villas and is planned to open in 2024.

This will be the second Explorar property for Pavilions Hotels and Resorts, with the first being Koh Mook Thailand which is set to open in December of this year.
