Premier Inn Asia Portfolio For Sale

The Asian portfolio of Premier Inn has come onto the transaction market.

Thai properties are located in Bangkok and Pattaya, while the India grouping is Bangalore, New Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Goa.

With two hotels in Thailand comprising 388 keys, the offering is on a BOI basis of 100% foreign ownership.

While in India the 5 hotels total 583 keys, and is one of the largest group offerings ever in the country.

The UK conglomerate Whitbread announced earlier in the year the closure of Asian operations and strategy to focus their Premier Inn limited service brand within Europe.

JLL Hotels are exclusively brokering the deal and interested parties may the group in Singapore or Bangkok.
