Prime Beach Front Hotel Sites Come To Market

Two prime west coast beach front development hotel sites have come on the real estate market in Phuket.
One is located at the northern end of Kamala Beach and is part of a larger master planned integrated resort project.
A combination of two parcels is composed of 4.7 rai directly on the ocean and 17.1 rai across the road, affording prime sea views.
Given the scale of luxury development on Kamala's Millionaires Mile the site is one of the last remaining larger hotel sites on the beach in the area.
At the same time anther land plot of 28 rai located near to the Holiday Inn Mai Khao and Sansiri's Baan Mai Khao is also up for sale.
The northern part of the island nearby already has a considerable amount of upscale critical mass with nearby branded properties such as the JW Marriott, Anantara, Renaissance and Sala.
Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels which has changed names to JLL is brokering both.
