Phuket's strong tourism market is motivating both hotel buyers and sellers with 2013 set to see a further surge in transactions.
The 52 room upscale boutique hotel Manathai Phuket has been put up for sale on a freehold basis.
It's all about location for this property, given it sits adjacent to the popular Twinpalms, and near to Amanpuri, The Surin and DoubleTree by Hilton.
Also on sale in what could be a portfolio deal is the 29 key Manathai Chiang Mai, which is located near to the famed night market and Ping River.
Included in a potential portfolio deal will be the Manathai brand. Vacant possession for management is available at both properties.
