Using the upscale Hilton Hotel, two reservations were made and a number of site visits arranged by the team.
Speaking to the JLL team, key drivers of demand for the property were the security of freehold condominium ownership and guaranteed returns.
The property firm expects to take other Thailand projects to the Singapore market given the upswing in interest from the Privilege event.
