Pullman Khao Lak Changes Ownership and Operator
The 5 star Pullman Resort in Khao Lak has seen a new investor come into the property with Robinson Club, who are a subsidiary of TUI taking an ownership stake.
With TUI, the existing Thai owner has retained a significant stake in the owning company. Currently ACCOR’s Pullman brand has shifted out, and the hotel is now trading as the Katiliya Resort on an interim basis.
After undergoing an extensive renovation the property will carry the Robinson flag in October of this year.
Robinson is an all-inclusive brand, well-known in Europe.
An expansion of the hotel is planned as a second phase.
Prior to the Pullman affiliation, the property had been operated by Starwood under Le Meridien.
