Raffles Fairmont Chain On Market

In what has been common industry chatter, a report in the Wall Street Journal has confirmed that FRHI Hotels and Resorts (Raffles, Fairmont and Swissotel) is on the market.
The currently portfolio of the group is close to 140 hotels.
Current ownership of FRHI is controlled by Saudi's Kingdom Holdings and the Qatari Sovereign Wealth Fund
It's expected that interest in the luxury brand offering, especially the iconic Raffles will be high and attract considerable attention.
