Hong Kong based food and beverage consulting firm Zuppa are looking to grow their business in Phuket.
Headed by longtime professional Heinz Egli the groups first project here is in Dewa Resort in Nai Yang.
Egli was previously a well known recognized executive chef with various hotels and chains.
Zuppa is looking at providing turn-key solutions for restaurant concepts, menu planning, kitchen layout, tabletop designs and a host of other services.
