Retirement Market Niche Facility

I recently read an article in the the Bangkok Post about a new retirement slanted property development in nearby Pattaya.
The Long Lake Hillside Resort has dedicated 36 villas that will offer both assisted and independent living options.
The company, Absolute Living Thailand (not affiliated to the vacation ownership group nor hotel chain's with the same name) is targeting both Thai's and foreign guests.
Key components of the offering are full facilities including meals, and activities for seniors.
Over the years a number of property firms here in Phuket have looked similar offerings but any large scale development has yet to take root.
