Royal Phuket Marina Launches Third Phase

Category: Real estate, Posted:24 Mar 2012 | 09:03 am

Phuket's Royal Phuket Marina is launching the third phase of their residential development this weekend in Singapore.
Branded as La Reserve Residences the initial offering is 40 one and two bedroom condominiums with rooftop Sky Pools.
A sales launch is rolling out this weekend at the SMART Property Exhibition in the Lion City.
Families are a focus for the new product with an extended Kid's Club and extensive play facilities.
While Phuket's domestic condo market has seen significant movement over the past year with players such as Sansiri hitting the headlines, the RPM launch will be closely watched as a gauge for the overseas resort grade real estate market.
