Rudd Hulscher Joins Outrigger Executive Team

Well known Phuket hotelier Rudd Hulscher has been appointed General Manager – Operations for Outrigger Asia Pacific.
He was most recently GM of the former Outrigger Phi Phi Island Resort.
His past experience includes the Banyan Tree group and heading up the Le Meridien Khao Lak.
Hulscher is a from the Netherlands and a graduate of hospitality management.
