The S. Cape project in Plai Laem will complete all structures prior to coming to market in the first quarter of this year.
With 76 condos featuring ocean view, the configurations are one, two and three bedroom units.
Exclusive Properties which is under Luxury Villas & Homes has been appointed as Sole Agency.
Pricing starts at THB8 million and up.
The developer will offer a beach club with residents access as an additional amenity.
