The increased airlift into Samui's airport as a result of the flight ceiling being increased to 50 a day or 100 (aircraft movements) has pushed up Bankgok Airways profit line.
More landing slots has allowed in increase in international service to Singapore from seven to ten daily flights.
Kuala Lumpur has also risen from seven to eleven flights.
Net profit has risen for the carrier at a time when most Thai airlines have suffered.
Expectations are they revenue streams will continue to roll and clearly being boutique in a market of controlled supply and demand is a strong advantagefor Bangkok Airways.
