Sources close to the property say that interest is high from a number of high net worth individuals and those in the entertainment industry seeking an absolutely self contained private escape.
The 9 bedroom property which can host 18 guests is located on the oceanfront at Bang Rak Beach.
With eleven full time staff and an on site General Manager featuring 24 hour butler service and a personal cook.
A design team comprised of Thailand based David Lees and Pariya Sheanakul along with Canadian architect Chris Doray oversaw a 24 month development time line.
The unique property name can be traced in origins to Hindi and the phrase "Our World."
