Serviced Apartment Group Fraser Gets Hotel-Minded

Regional serviced apartment group Fraser Hospitality is moving closer to the hotel sector with the debut of a new brand Capri.
Brand touchpoints include data boxes for digital devices, iPad activated check-in, and interactive walls in meeting rooms.
In a wired approach the launderette facilities are being expanded to include Xbox and Wii devices with the trend to a more social lounge atmosphere.
A special online menu includes local experiences such as salsa dancing, Harley rentals and pilates training.
Capri by Fraser is intended to compete in the hotel space with planned openings in Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur.
