Singapore Group Acquires European Luxury Chain

An affiliate of Singapore's Frasers Hospitality Group has acquired the European luxury chain Malmaison Hotel du Vin.
The transaction according to press reports tallied in just over USD575 million.
With 29 operating properties, the vendor was KSL Capital Partners.
Asia's elite hotel investors are increasingly viewing European assets as a rising market with potential.
