Trendy budget hotel chain Yotel have announced a deal in 600-room property in Singapore.
Located on Orchard Road the hotel will open in 2018 and will be developed and co-operated by a affiliate of the Hong Fok group.
Yotel is a much admired brand with it's New York property winning many accolades for innovative cabin type design.
The deal looks to be a platform for Yotel to enter into Asia on a wider basis.
