Top marina gun Arthur Tay is reportedly looking at potential expansion to Phuket

Tay is Chief Executive Officer of Singapore’s SUTL Enterprises, who own and operate the posh One15 Marina Club at Sentosa.

His comments to The Straits Times said the group is looking at targeting the rising tide of overseas Chinese travels.

Aside from Phuket, Sri Lanka is another market of strong interest to SUTL.
