Thai AirAsia Founder Divests Shareholding

In business news recently is the founder of Thai AirAsia Tassapon Bijleveld's disposal of shares in the company which reduced his ultimate stake from 33% to 28%.
In an interview with the Bangkok Post Tassapon said he will be reinvesting funds into AirAsiaX Thailand and on two budget hotels managed by French chain ACCOR.
AirAsiaX Thailand is still seeking government approval but is expected to operate on medium haul regional flights to Korea, Japan and other areas up to eleven hours.
