Thai Developer Marketing East Coast Domestic Resort Homes

The Phanason Group has brought a 142 unit project to market on the East coast's Laem-Hin area.
Pricing for the resort style residences aimed at the domestic and midscale sector ranges from THB6.1 up to 18 million.
Some seaview units are available at the Phanason Resort Laem-Hin, and the initial tranche of homes will be completed by year end.
Phanason has developed more than 20 projects over the past ten years in Phuket and Bangkok.
