Thai Group Sets Up London Development

As a sure sign of the golden age of Asian prosperity, Thai developer Sansiri is set to plunge further into London real estate.
On the heels of the launch of a THB600 million residential project named 9 Elvaston Place in South Kensington the firm is now considering further overseas expansion.
The Thai group is tapping into local demand for overseas real estate given stable recurring rental yield and strong capital appreciation track record in the UK.
