Thai Developer Spurs 4 New Moevenpick Hotels

Thai developer Jumroen Chattaratsaenee has teamed with international chain Moevenpick on four branded properties in the country.
Three new build's and one renovation is in the cards for the alliance. Koh Samui which opens next year in September is a THB 1 billion project with 82 villas named as Moevenpick Resort and Spa Mae Nam.
In Bangkok's Phayathai district near to the skytrain BTS and airport rail link will be mixed use with a hotel and residences and at a cost of THB 2 billion.
Aside from the 3rd hotel in Pattaya, a THB 1 billion redevelopment project of the former Suriwongse Hotel in Chiang Mai is set to complete in mid 2011.
