Thai Group Minor Expand In Seychelles

Thailand Minor Hotel Group has signed a conversion deal for an Avani branded property in Seychelles.
The 124-room former Le Meridien Barbarons Beach Hotel will undergo a USD8 million upgrade.
On completion by the end of the year, the property will reopen as the Avani Barbarons Resort and Spa.
Indian Ocean hotels are increasingly on the radar of major groups with Outrigger recently taking over a property in Mauritius.
