Thai Hotel Brand Inks Deal In Asia’s Alpine Capital

Thai-based Onyx Hospitality has signed a deal for a 126-key property in Japan which will be branded as Amari Niseko.

Niseko is Asia’s leading alpine destination, and during winter months, has some of the highest room rates in the region.

The property is located in the Hirafu area, with an opening planned in 2024.

It is being developed by Hong Kong’s Metropoly Holdings.

While Niseko is a hot real estate market for rental yields, the Amari is not a hotel residence.

There will be other real estate offerings in the mixed-use project including retail and condominiums.
