Thailand Property Awards Are Now Open

Nominations are now open until April 18th for the Thailand Property Awards 2012.
Anyone can nominate their favorite development or business based on a set criteria.
For Phuket developers the following is a sample of the categories open –
Best Villa Development – Phuket
Best Condo Development – Phuket
Best Affordable Condo Development – Resort
Best Boutique Condo Development – Phuket
Best Green Development Award
Best Shared Ownership Development
Best Residential Agent (Phuket)
There are also Thailand wide awards that Phuket projects may apply for along with agency, architectural and interior design categories.
This year's awards have been broadened to recognize smaller and independent projects or organizations along with the bigger institutional players.
An awards ceremony is set for October 13th at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok.
